What is Bowen Therapy?

Bowen therapy is a soft tissue technique that is designed to treat a wide range of problems, including musculoskeletal, respiratory, digestive and gynecological concerns. This therapy uses specific sequences of gentle moves across muscle and connective tissue. These moves stimulate muscular relaxation and nervous system rebalancing to encourage healing and pain relief.
Bowen therapy can treat most musculoskeletal complaints, as well as allergies, infertility, detoxification, lymphatic drainage, incontinence, prostate disorders, menstrual complaints, digestive complaints, and more.
